Floyd Holliman is a Member in Warren Averett’s tax practice and joined the Firm in 2007. Floyd formerly worked in the tax department of an international accounting firm and as a tax manager with a large publicly-traded company. He has over 18 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, due-diligence, transaction structuring and financing, accounting for income taxes, tax research and compliance, and consulting. A significant focus of Floyd’s practice is in serving fast growth, venture-backed and publicly-traded companies in a variety of industries, including healthcare, automotive, manufacturing, distribution and technology.
