Jim Key has been employed with Warren Averett since 1993 and is a current member of the Firm's Executive Committee. Jim works with small and medium-sized businesses in areas such as entity structure, owner compensation arrangements, federal and state tax planning for the entity and owners, multi-state tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, profitability enhancement and tax compliance with the Internal Revenue Service and State of Alabama. Jim also has experience providing attest services for financial statements, personal financial services and multi-state tax issues for businesses and high net worth individuals.
