The firm's most seasoned audit Member, Jim Robertson’s experience providing audit and accounting services reaches back to 1978. Jim joined Warren Averett in 1997, having previously worked with international and regional accounting firms. Jim’s experience includes a two-year tour of duty at the national office of an international accounting firm working on auditing methods and audit technology projects. Jim is also Member in charge of Rödl Warren Averett, which deals exclusively with Alabama companies started through inbound foreign investment.

Of Interest
Jim was a member of the State of Alabama’s Business Mission to Korea in October 2003 and August 2006. He serves on the Executive Committee for the AlabamaGermany Partnership. Jim is also involved in the activities of the German American Chamber of Commerce and the Economic Development Association of Alabama.
Jim serves on the Board of Directors of the Alabama Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation and formerly served as State Chairman of that organization. He is also a member of the Birmingham Track Club.
