Carol Phillips joined Warren Averett in 2004 after serving the Birmingham office of an international accounting firm for 17 years. Carol has extensive experience in coordinating, directing and supervising large government and not-for-profit audit engagements and in performing Single Audits. Carol oversees the majority of all governmental and higher education audit engaements for the firm. In addition, she has participated as an instructor in governmental accounting and audit programs at national and statewide conferences.
