Warren Averett assists many healthcare facilities such as hospitals, nursing homes, and medical clinics with accounting, tax and reimbursement services and industry-specific consultation above and beyond the role of the traditional CPA firm. 

Warren Averett currently serves approximately 40 hospitals and 60 nursing facilities as their independent accountants and consultants.  The hospitals have bed complements ranging from 20 beds to 600 beds.  Receipts from these clients represent approximately 30 percent of the firm’s revenue.  Warren Averett is committed to the healthcare industry, and this commitment is evidenced through its focus on continuing professional education, affiliations with international and industry specific organizations, dedicated healthcare staffing and personal client relationships.

Memberships in national, state and local healthcare organizations also evidence our belief in the quality of information gained from those affiliations.  Warren Averett is an annual sponsor and member of the Alabama Hospital Association.  We also serve the Healthcare Financial Management Association through sponsorships and various officer and  committee appointments.  Through our involvement in organizations such as these, our professionals are exposed to fresh ideas and solutions to problems our clients may be encountering.
