Round Tables
At a Warren Averett Practice Management Round Table, you will:
- Network with your peers and establish a resource base.
- Identify and discuss feasible solutions to your daily challenges.
- Obtain current information you can apply immediately to your practice.
Offered June - November each year, these workshops provide practice managers opportunities to network and share with their peers. Our facilitation of these meetings affords us the privilege of learning how the best managers collectively solve the most recent and plaguing problems in medical office management.

What happens?
Facilitators lead open discussions centered on topics relevant to you and physician practice management.
When are meetings held?
Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from 11:30 to 1:00 as determined by participant response.

Warren, Averett, Kimbrough & Marino Building, 2500 Acton Road, Birmingham, Alabama 35243
How often?
Six times during an eight month period, beginning June of each year.

- Recruiting and Managing Your Staff
- Monitoring Your Practice's Financial Performance
- Implementing Quality Initiatives in Your Practice
- Preparing for RAC Audits
Specialties represented include primary care, cardiology, urology, pediatrics, general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, opthalmology, neurology, otolaryngology, orthopedics and others.
Practices represented range from solo practitioners to multiple provider offices with multiple specialties.
