Jesse Slaton named Member and Director of the Firm

Warren, Averett, Kimbrough & Marino, LLC, Alabama's largest public accounting and business consulting firm, is pleased to announce that Jesse D. Slaton, CPA, CIRA, has been named as a Member and Director of the Firm.

Jesse Slaton is a Member in Warren Averett’s Consulting Division and works primarily with the Firm’s Turnaround Consulting & Restructuring Advisory Services Group.  Jesse advises clients in all stages of the business life cycle on business operations, financial reporting and tax issues. His practice focuses on assisting distressed businesses and their stakeholders in turnaround situations, reorganizations, and bankruptcies.   Jesse has been with Warren Averett since 2000 and has 10 years of experience in public accounting and corporate financial management.  He is a graduate of the University of Montevallo where he received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting.  Jesse earned his Certified Insolvency and Restructuring (CIRA) designation from the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association.  Click here to learn more about how our Turnaround and Restructuring Advisors, like Jesse, can help your business.
