Alabama's Largest CPA Firm To Enter Huntsville Market

The certified public accounting firm of Warren, Averett, Kimbrough & Marino, LLC is pleased to announce it will join forces with Huntsville based CPA firm, White Fleming & Co., effective July 1, 2011. The combining of firms will serve to broaden the resources and scope of services available through the Huntsville based White Fleming & Co. and expand Alabama’s largest CPA firm into Huntsville’s thriving North Alabama market. Warren Averett will be the first significantly sized, Alabama based CPA firm to take up residence in the Huntsville market. The joint resources and expertise resulting from this move will provide Huntsville with a CPA firm that can comprehensively serve clients from start up to IPO and beyond. Warren Averett’s new Huntsville office will offer clients depth and experience in a variety of industries including Aerospace & Defense, Life Sciences/Technology/Biotechnology, Financial Services and Manufacturing, including extensive resources serving inbound, foreign owned manufacturers. The Firm’s healthcare presence in particular, with the addition of White Fleming’s healthcare practice, will further establish Warren Averett as the dominant service provider to hospitals and physicians in Alabama.

Ray White, CPA will join Warren Averett as a Member and Director of the Firm and serve as Managing Director of the Huntsville office. Sidney White, CPA, Bill Fleming, CPA and Andy Green, CPA will also join Warren Averett as Members and Directors of the Firm. Warren Averett will welcome 19 additional professionals and staff members from White Fleming as a result of the practices joining for a total of 23 new employees. Warren Averett’s Huntsville office will operate out of White Fleming’s current location of 801 Clinton Avenue East.
